Privacy policy

Short version: your video is made on your own phone. We don't need an account, we don't use cookies, and we don't track you. If you buy, we store your invite text only so your private link can restore it — and you can delete it any time.

Who we are

Nimantra (nimantra.pages.dev) is operated by Udbhav Naryani, an individual based in India. Contact: dev@udbhav.uk.

Making an invite

Everything you type — names, dates, venues, messages — stays in your browser. The preview and the final video are created on your device. Your draft is saved in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back; clearing your browser data removes it.

When you buy

Your invite details (the text you typed and your style choices) are stored on our server, hosted by Cloudflare, so the private link you receive can restore and re-download your invite on any device.
Payment is handled by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We receive the order ID, payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank details. Razorpay may ask for your phone number or email to process the payment; that is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

Analytics

We count anonymous events such as "page visited" or "video created" as daily totals. No cookies, no IP addresses, no device IDs and no third-party analytics are used.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process technical request data (such as IP address) for security and delivery, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Invite details from purchases are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Payment records (amount, date, order and payment IDs) are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can delete your saved invite from our server at any time: open your private link and tap Delete my invite from Nimantra's server, or email us. Deleting your data is always free.

Children

Nimantra is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
