Delivery

Nimantra sells a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Right after your payment is confirmed, your HD video and image card are created on your device, usually within a minute, and you can save or share them immediately. You also get a private link to re-download your invite later.

Refunds

• Technical failure: if you paid but couldn't create or download your video and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
• Charged twice: any duplicate payment for the same invite is refunded in full.
• Other cases: because you can preview the complete invite for free before paying and delivery is instant, we don't usually refund a change of mind — but write to us within 7 days and we'll look at it fairly.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Each payment is a one-time purchase for one invite.

How to ask

Email dev@udbhav.uk with your Razorpay payment ID (from the payment confirmation SMS or email) or your private link. We reply within 48 hours.
