These terms apply to your use of Nimantra (nimantra.pages.dev), operated by Udbhav Naryani ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
What Nimantra does
Nimantra lets you design an animated video invitation and an image card in your browser, preview them for free, and download them. Downloads may require a one-time payment, shown clearly before you pay (currently ₹49 per invite, including taxes where applicable).
Your content
You are responsible for the text you enter. Don't use Nimantra for anything unlawful, hateful or misleading, or to impersonate anyone. You keep ownership of your text. The designs, animations and music are provided by Nimantra; you may use the videos and cards you create to invite guests and share on social media and messaging apps, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell the templates or the service.
Devices
Videos are made on your device. Nimantra works on recent versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari (including iPhone with iOS 16.4 or newer). Very old or low-memory devices may be slower or unable to create the video; you can always preview for free before paying.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment is only treated as complete once Razorpay confirms it to us. See our refund & delivery policy.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Nimantra running, but we provide it "as is". Please check your invite's names, dates and venues before sending it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the invite concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
